Timothy Elijah Geertz
Tim Geertz became associated with Austin Mehr Law Offices in August of 2004. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology while attending U.K. In May 2004, Mr. Geertz graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association; Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys; Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and Fayette County Bar Association.
He has been admitted to practice in Eastern and Western Federal District Courts and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice is concentrated in ERISA litigation, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, personal injury and insurance claim litigation.
He is a board member of the Hospital Hospitality House and currently holds the position of vice-president.
